So you have your Keto-BEAM . . . Now what? 

We recommend the following best practices: 

1. Keto-BEAM is so gentle that it can be taken on an empty stomach and during intermittent fasting . . . as always, you need to determine what works best for you.  
2. Keto-BEAM can be taken at any time of the day; most people prefer taking it as part of their morning supplementation practices.
3. For the 1st week, don't change your other supplementation – It’s usually best to make changes gradually, to give your body some time to adjust.
4. Start by taking 1 oz. (1 capful) of Electrolyze and Micro-BOOST daily. Since Keto-BEAM is 100% bio-available, most people feel a boost very quickly. Don't worry if you don't feel anything right away, just keep taking them! Everyone’s body is unique and yours may need a little more time to respond.
5. Listen to your body! If you experience Keto flu systems take an extra ½ - 1 capful of each.
6. During the 2nd week you can begin to taper off on your other electrolyte supplementation – this is optional of course! Once your system has been “Keto-BEAMED”, you may not need any other electrolyte or micronutrient supplementation.

Here is a quick overview:

Electrolyze is primarily composed of “Fulvic” mineral complexes. The Fulvic complexes are super small molecules that provide inter-cellular transport for nutritional elements (into the cells) and bio-waste (out of the cells).
