A: A subscription order frequency can be set to every 1-month, every 2-months, every 3-months or 4-months. We can also change the date of your next shipment.

A: If you would like to edit your subscription order, login to www.keto-beam.com at https://ketobeam.com/account/login

Once logged into Keto-BEAM use the following link to access the subscription order edit screen: http://keto-beam.myshopify.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login or send your request via email to customerservice@keto-beam.com.

 

Q: How do I cancel my subscription order?
A: Usually people want to cancel their subscription because they have too much product in stock already. That’s why we’ve made it easy to schedule your order to come when YOU need it.

1. How often do you need product?(NOTE: A set of Electrolyze & Micro-BOOST will generally last one person about 2 months)
2. When would you like your next shipment?
